Annual Maintenance for 2025-26

As per decision of the MC the one month rebate on payment of annual Maintenance in one go shall continue for the year 2025-26. The rate of maintenance shall remain unchanged despite upward revision of salaries. At present rebate in water charges has been passed on to residents but in case subsidy is revised by Govt. likewise revision in maintenance shall follow. It shall be mandatory for landlord to deposit annual maintenance in case flat is rented out. To avail this the annual rebate the maintenance be deposited before 30/4/25.
